Day 0 — Tuesday, March 17

6PM — Welcome Mixer
Kick off the Intensive with drinks, canapés, and a chance to connect with your fellow Boardroom members from the best rooftop in Cairns.

Day 1 — Wednesday, March 18

6:30AM — Coffee Walk
There is no better way to start the day than with coffee, sunshine, and a good conversation. A relaxed walk to wake up the brain and ease into the day.

From 7:30AM — Breakfast
Start the day fuelled and focused with a proper tropical breakfast.

9AM — Intensive Sessions
State of the Union: Where we've been, what's happening now, and where we're going next.

The Sensei Smackdown: The gloves come off in this epic battle of ideas, strategy, and sharp thinking.

1PM — Lunch
Recharge and connect over a relaxed lunch.

2PM — Activity
An afternoon adventure designed to get you out of the room and into the Cairns experience. Expect fresh air, great company, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you’re moving.

7PM — Dinner
Great food, great company, and the perfect setting to continue the conversations that started earlier in the day.

How do I get there?
Fly into Cairns Airport (CNS).
Crystalbrook Riley is approximately 10 minutes from the airport by car.
We’ll share recommended car service and transfer options closer to the event.

Where do I get coffee?
We're still doing the research.

What's the dress code?
Relaxed, tropical, and comfortable.
— Linen, resort wear, sandals, sneakers
— Activewear if you like morning movement
— Swimwear for downtime
This is an Intensive, not a conference.
No suits. No costumes. Just be comfortable.

What’s the weather like in March?
March in Cairns is warm, tropical, and humid.
— Daytime: ~29–31°C (84–88°F)
— Evenings: ~23–25°C (73–77°F)
Think light fabrics, breathable clothing, and embracing the tropics.

Who can attend the Intensive?
Boardroom founders and equity partners only.
No team.
No family.
This space is reserved for strategic, founder-level conversations.

Can I attend virtually?
No live Zoom option.
Sessions will be recorded, but the real value happens in the room — in the white space, the conversations, and the experiences.
