The Intensive runs from Tuesday 21 July to Thursday 23 July 2026, with a Welcome Mixer on the evening of Monday 20 July and a Boardroom only day on Friday 24 July.
Welcome Mixer
We’ll kick things off in the early evening with a welcome gathering at the resort - the perfect chance to reconnect, meet new faces, and ease into the week together.
Intensive Day 1
Main sessions begin, with focused teaching, strategic conversations, and breakout opportunities. We’ll end the day with a combined group dinner.
Intensive Day 2
More room, more depth, more conversations worth having. Black Belters will have a night at leisure where you can choose your own adventure for dinner, Boardroomers are invited to a special dinner experience.
Intensive Day 3
We’ll close the core event with our final Intensive sessions and an the Awards Dinner for all to celebrate the week properly.

The day will end with a casual Boardroom only dinner.
For your convenience group lunches have been pre-arranged with the resort 21-23 July so that you can enjoy lunch together without needing to find a restaurant or wait for a table there is a small supplement for the lunches payable upon check out. You can opt in to the lunches when you register.

This event is for current Black Belt members, Boardroom members, and team members.
Each person attending should complete their own registration so we can confirm numbers accurately for rooms, event planning, and catering.
Yes - if you’d like to turn this into a longer Phuket trip, you can.
Some parts of the week may be open socially, while the core business sessions and some event elements will remain for registered attendees only.
More detail will be shared closer to the event.
There is no live virtual option for this event.
Because while recordings may capture the sessions, they don’t capture what actually makes these events so valuable - the conversations, context, relationships, and in-room breakthroughs that happen around them.
Your event sessions are included as part of your membership.
MDC will cover the core costs of the welcome mixer, dinner on night 1 and night 3 as well as a dinner on night 2 and the adventure day and dinner that night for Boardroomers.
During the three main event days, the resort is offering an optional group lunch experience for our guests. This allows everyone who opts in to enjoy lunch together each day at the resort without needing to make individual reservations or step away to find a restaurant.
Details:
— 3 group lunches on Tues, Wed & Thurs
— Hosted at the resort with the full group
— THB 3,600 net per event attendee for all three days (this is approximately $110 USD/$160AUD/£85)
If you’d like to participate, simply let us know when you RSVP and the resort will take care of the rest. They’ll reconfirm your participation at check-in and the charge will be added to your final hotel bill for convenience.
Note: This is the direct payment of the full lunch cost from the hotel, MDC has just arranged to optimise the experience for you.
Accommodation is booked separately using the dedicated event booking link provided after registration.
Room rates include daily breakfast and standard resort inclusions as outlined in the hotel booking details.
Incidental charges (i.e. mini bar, laundry, phone calls, transfers, room service, additional meals & drinks, activities, etc.) will be settled by the guests own account.
We encourage you to make your trip to Thailand and come early and stay late. Our accommodation group rate is available from 16 July 2026 to 28 July 2026 (subject to availability).
You'll want to arrive in time to join us at the welcome mixer on the early evening of the 20th July and plan to leave on or after the 24th if you’re in Black Belt and on or after the 25th if you’re in Boardroom.
